Dr Andrew Kidd values the transformative power of education in enriching and uplifting people's lives. He believes everyone has the ability and capacity to learn new ideas and concepts at higher levels. He has a Bachelor of Economics degree, an MBA, and a PhD. His academic interests revolve around Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), recognising the significance of businesses' responsibility towards society and the environment, and the power of CSR to engage employees. He has worked in manufacturing and operations at senior management level, created a startup business and implemented online IT systems. Andrew has used his academic and working experience to facilitate learning at TAFE and university courses in business management, particularly in the areas of ethics, CSR, and leadership. His teachings emphasise the importance of ethical practices, CSR, leadership, and developing responsible and compassionate business professionals.
